Mini sandwiches

for special events, parties, anniversaries or just an evening with friends "I Cuochini" can pack the small sandwiches with the following fillings:

  • veal cutlet;
  • chicken cutlet;
  • roast-beef.

Rice pie

Rice pie flavored with saffron and covered with a thin layer of breadcrumbs.
The condiments available for stuffing are the following:

  • ham, mozzarella cheese;
  • spinach;
  • meat (with tomato sauce).

Each pie can weigh from 1 to 2 kilos according to customer’s requests.

Rustic pie

The savory meat pie recipe consists of an outer shell of sweet pastry. It’s a bigger version of the "pasticcino" with meat.
Inside you can have the following fillings:

  • ricotta cheese and spinach;
  • chopped meat (with tomato and spices);
  • ricotta cheese;
  • ricotta cheese and artichokes;
  • ricotta cheese and mushrooms;
  • ricotta cheese and salami;
  • combination of ingredients according to customer's requests.

Each pie can weigh from 1 to 2 kilos according to customer’s requests.

Savory pie made with brioche bread and stuffed inside.
The following fillings are available:

  • zucchina flowers;
  • mixed cheeses;
  • ricotta cheese and spinach;
  • ricotta cheese and artichokes;

  • ricotta cheese and "italian salame";
  • mushrooms and béchamel;
  • spinach and béchamel;
  • combination of ingredients according to customer's requests.

Each brioche can weigh from 1 to 2 kilos according to customer’s requests.

Brioche

Timbale of capellini pasta

Giant and baked version of our small capellini pasta "timbale" with a thin outer layer of breadcrumbs.
Timbales are prepared with the following fillings:

  • ham, mozzarella cheese, peas;
  • spinach;
  • meat (with tomato sauce).
